Job Specifications: As part of
our sales, customer engagement and relationships team, you would work closely
with Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Technical Presales team,
Project Managers and Customer Managers. You would be part of the demand
generation team creating new business opportunities through meaningful
campaigns, cold calls, attending networking events and conferences As you gain
experience in customer winning and engagement, you would become Account
Managers managing specific customer accounts as engagement managers Facilitate
and arrange customer meetings . Drive business presentations with customers As
the role requires, you would work closely with our Technical Recruiters in
fulfilling the resource requirements of the customer. This is revenue target
driven business environment. You would be required to take up individual goals
and targets upon completion of probation period and put all efforts to achieve
the same. You would be required to generate new customer referrals and leads
from existing customer base.
Qualification and
Requirements: Good written and verbal communication skills Enthusiastic
personality with great people skills Natural flair for selling and ability to
detail information to customers Broad and high level knowledge of information
technology industry Analytical skills and talent to observe things going around
in the environment Prior experience in cold calling desired Willingness to
travel for customer meetings Readiness, ability and drive to invest quality
time building transformational relationship Interest in all national sports,
