Marlabs Center of Excellence (CoE)
Marlabs has been a pioneer in setting up Center of Excellence in Technologies for Graduate Students. We have successfully hired several hundreds of graduate students and made them IT Leaders.
In order to provide cutting-edge technology solutions, Marlabs has invested in setting up Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in major technology areas. The core group at the CoEs identifies and builds competency in emerging technology frameworks, improves processes and methodologies, and expands knowledge repositories to help us better address our clients’ requirements.

The objectives of our CoEs:
- Build, train and maintain technical competency: Separate training sessions across various roles to function optimally on the latest and emerging technologies
- Translate CoE learning to develop a framework for product development: Identify, develop and maintain key reusable architectural components efficiently across the organization
- Build a Technology/Tool evaluation pool: Evaluate automation options/tools based on pre-defined criteria to determine their suitability
- Showcase technical competencies: Publish White Papers, build prototypes of components and demonstrate technology benefits to customers
- Rapid scale up for project requirements: Enable rapid ramping up of technology resources to meet requirements
